Mr. Jarvis joined Westwood Management in 2010, after McCarthy Group Advisors, LLC, a registered investment advisor, of which he was the Founder and Chief Investment Officer, was acquired by Westwood. Currently, Mr. Jarvis serves as Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager and is a member of the Dividend Growth portfolio team.Prior to entering the investment management business in 1986, Mr. Jarvis was a partner in a firm of Certified Public Accountants. In the 1990’s, Mr. Jarvis served on a committee that amended the Nebraska Insurers Investment Act.Mr. Jarvis graduated from Northwest Missouri State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and pursued additional non-degree coursework at Creighton University.

Senior Vice President, Investments
Mr. Burtscher received a Bachelor’s degree from Fort Hays State University and is also a graduate of The Graduate School of Mortgage Banking, Mortgage Bankers Association of America. He began his thirty year banking career at Anchors Savings in Kansas City, Missouri, before moving to First National Bank of Lincoln in Lincoln, Nebraska.
In 1988, Mr. Burtscher was appointed president of Great Western Bank in Omaha, Nebraska, a position he held for thirteen years.
Mr. Burtscher’s investment management experience has included serving on investment and trust advisory committees for the trust divisions of financial institutions and managing the investment portfolios of banking organizations. He was instrumental in founding and managing a group of investment representatives and provided leadership in several bank turn-around situations.
Mr. Burtscher joined McCarthy Group Asset Management in 1999 and served as its President following his career in banking. He became Chairman of McCarthy Group Advisors, L.L.C., a Registered Investment Advisor, in July 2004, when he and two partners acquired controlling interest of McCarthy Group Asset Management from the parent company.
Following the acquisition of McCarthy Group Advisors by Westwood Holdings Group, Inc. in November 2010, Mr. Burtscher was named Senior Vice President with oversight of the Omaha branch of Westwood Trust. He is a member of the Westwood Trust board of directors.
Mr. Burtscher is active in a variety of community organizations. He is a board member of NovaStar Financial, The SilverStone Group, JetLinx Aviation and lead director for NIC, Inc. (on Forbes list of best small companies in the U.S.). In addition, he serves in various capacities on several community boards including The Durham Museum, United Way of the Midlands Foundation and Methodist Health System.
Mr. Burtscher has been published and has been a speaker and an instructor on subjects dealing with financial management. He was recently featured in a publication for women on managing money. He is past Chair of the Nebraska Chapter of the Young Presidents Organization and continues to be active in both WPO and CEO. Mr. Burtcher holds the following securities licenses: Series 6, Series 63, Series 65.

Vice President
Ms. McMahon graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a BBA in Finance. Ms. McMahon has over twenty-six years of advisory experience including previous employment with UBS Paine Webber, Merrill Lynch and another Omaha registered investment adviser.
Ms. McMahon joined Westwood in 2010 as a Vice President, after McCarthy Group Advisors, LLC, was acquired by Westwood. She joined McCarthy Group Advisors, LLC in October 1998. She has had extensive experience and responsibility for asset allocation and separate account management of client portfolios, for business retention and development and for client services. She has led bond trading, special situation analysis and driven manager search and retention determinations.
Ms. McMahon is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Nebraska. She serves on the Westwood Wellness Committee, the Advisory Council of the Department of Banking, Finance and Law at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, serves as a TeamMates Mentor and has volunteered as a mentor to Anna Tyler Waite scholarship students at Creighton University.

Associate Vice President, Portfolio Manager, Research Analyst
Mr. Wall joined Westwood Management in 2010, after McCarthy Group Advisors, LLC, in which he joined in 2004, was acquired by Westwood. He is currently a member of the Dividend Growth team.
Mr. Wall began his career at State Street Bank in Kansas City, Missouri as a Portfolio Accountant and subsequently worked for The SilverStone Group in Omaha, Nebraska as an Account Manager.
Mr. Wall earned an MBA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a BS in Accounting from Concordia University.

Vice President, Client Service
Ms. Burkhard attended the University of Nebraska and began her banking career in 1973 at First Westroads Bank in Omaha. During her sixteen year tenure, she advanced from New Accounts clerk to Assistant Vice President and Assistant to the bank president. In 1995, she transitioned to Douglas County Bank & Trust (now Great Western Bank) to become the Executive Assistant to the bank president. She remained in this position for six years and was promoted to Assistant Vice President during that time.
In 2001, Ms. Burkhard joined McCarthy Group Asset Management as the Executive and Operations Assistant. When McCarthy Group Advisors, L.L.C. was formed in 2004, she was appointed Administrative Officer and Office Manager where her principal duties included providing assistance to the MGA advisory staff and clients, assistant to the Chief Compliance Officer and day-to-day office management. During her years at McCarthy, Ms. Burkhard earned the Series 6, 63 and 65 securities licenses as well as the Investment Advisor Certified Compliance Professional (IACCP) certification.
Following the acquisition of McCarthy by Westwood Holdings Group, Inc. in November, 2010, Ms. Burkhard was appointed Vice President – Client Service for Westwood Trust – Omaha. Her principal duties continue to be client servicing, compliance assistance and office management. She is a member of the Trust Administrative Committee, the Performance Evaluation and Technology Committee, the Fee and Acceptance Committee, the Green Committee and the IT Steering Committee.
Ms. Burkhard has been active in the Omaha Chapter of Executive Women International since 1996 and was Omaha Chapter president in 2001. She currently serves on the Membership and Hospitality Committees for the Omaha Chapter.

Associate Vice President, Client Advocate
Mr. Wilwerding joined Westwood in 2010 after McCarthy Group Advisors, LLC, in which he joined in 2006, was acquired by Westwood.
Prior to joining McCarthy Group Advisors, he was employed with Mutual of Omaha where he was a member of the investment team specializing in structured securities. While there, he was responsible for performing security specific research and presenting analysis on investment candidates as well as monitoring performance of holdings.
Mr. Wilwerding attended Creighton University, graduating cum laude and earning his BSBA degree with a concentration in Finance. He is a member of the CFA Society of Nebraska and maintains current registrations for the Series 6 (Investment Company Products/Variable Contracts Limited Representative), Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent), and Series 65 (Investment Advisor Representative).

Vice President
Ms. Kenkel joined Westwood Management in 2010, after McCarthy Group Advisors, LLC, in which she joined in November 1998, was acquired by Westwood. She currently serves as Vice President and is responsible for overseeing the Westwood – Omaha operations team. Her primary roles are preparation of client reports and coordinating daily operations. Previously, she was in the community banking industry for ten years and public accounting for sixteen years.
Ms. Kenkel graduated from Buena Vista College with a Bachelor of Accounting degree. In November of 1985, she earned her Certified Public Accountant certificate.

Portfolio Administrator
Ms. Stalnaker joined Westwood in 2010, after McCarthy Group Advisors, LLC, in which she joined in 2008, was acquired by Westwood.
Prior to joining McCarthy Group Advisors, Ms. Stalnaker was employed with AllianceBernstein L.P. for seven years where she was an Associate Portfolio Manager and Assistant Vice President. Her main responsibilities at Westwood include performing daily/monthly reconciliation between internal accounting system and custodial banks, serving as a liaison between custodians and brokers on settlement issues, and maintaining the portfolio accounting system.
Ms. Stalnaker earned her BBA from Loyola University Chicago.

Associate Vice President, Private Client Advisor
Mr. Gilbert joined Westwood in 2012 and currently serves as Associate Vice President, Private Client Advisor. His primary responsibility is developing new relationships for the Westwood-Omaha office.
Mr. Gilbert has been in the wealth management arena serving the needs of affluent individuals, public and private foundations and endowments for over ten years. Prior to joining Westwood, he was with First National Bank/Wealth Advisors as a Private Client Associate Advisor where he provided advisory services to high net worth clients. Mr. Gilbert maintains current registrations for the following securities licenses: Series 6, Series 7, Series 63 and Series 65. He earned his BS in Business Administration and Marketing from Wayne State College.
Mr. Gilbert is active in his community having the opportunity to serve on several non-profit and industry boards such as Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), Southwest Council for the Chamber of Commerce, as well as the Omaha Jaycees.
