Senior Portfolio Operations Specialist

Responsible for a variety of operational tasks, such as reconciliations, client reporting, and the operational maintenance of accounts. Strong analytic skills are key as this person will play an important role in analyzing current procedures, and implementing streamlined and best-practice applications. Will also partner with internal and external clients and service providers to ensure quality data is produced at all levels.

As a member of the Human Capital team, the Generalist will have responsibilities for full-cycle recruiting in the US and Canada as well as various employee engagement, reporting and administration activities.

Compliance Officer – Dallas

The Compliance Officer will assist the Chief Compliance Officer with managing the firm’s compliance program including, drafting, implementing, monitoring and testing compliance policies and procedures; reviewing and editing communications materials; monitoring vendor due diligence; prepare internal and external compliance certifications; serve as back-up for monitoring and testing trade compliance for client accounts and employee Code of Ethics compliance.

VP, Trust Officer – Omaha

The Trust Officer is responsible for managing existing client relationships and cultivating new ones by identifying client/prospect needs, goals and objectives and communicating how Westwood can serve the client/prospect.

The Product Manager is responsible for planning, developing and executing the firm’s “Go-2-Market” strategy ensuring a consistent client experience both visually and operationally to drive sales growth.
