Ms. Meyer joined Westwood in 2021. She is responsible for oversight of fiduciary services for Westwood and assisting Westwood clients with their wealth planning objectives, including tax-efficient and charitable gifting strategies. She also serves as Corporate Secretary for Westwood Holdings Group, Inc. and Westwood Trust.
Ms. Meyer began her legal career in 2009 with Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in Dallas, Texas, as a corporate associate. Prior to joining Westwood, she worked with Hunt Consolidated, Inc. for eight years as assistant general counsel focusing on corporate transactions, corporate governance, estate planning and charitable giving. Prior to law school, Ms. Meyer worked for KPMG LLP.
Ms. Meyer earned her BA in business administration and MS in accounting from Rhodes College and her JD from Southern Methodist University, where she graduated valedictorian. Ms. Meyer is also a Certified Public Accountant.
