Responsible for supporting the organization and senior leadership by providing advice to operating areas on products, services, legal actions, and business strategies (ranging from day-to-day business issues to larger corporate initiatives), with a particular emphasis on the private wealth division and public company and employment-related issues; drafting, preparing, reviewing and negotiating legal contracts and documents; coordinating the work of outside counsel; conducting legal research; leading the process of creating, drafting, updating, and maintaining key compliance policies and procedures, training materials, and legal documents related to the firm’s compliance program and corporate governance.

This position is responsible for building and maintaining detailed statistical studies and analytical investment research. This includes analyzing various financial and economic data and performing statistical testing analysis, programming and cleaning/managing data. This includes building and maintaining detailed Bloomberg and Excel analytical spreadsheets, financial models and thoughtful valuation work.

This position is responsible for supporting the product marketing strategy that is aligned to support Westwood’s go-to-market initiatives. The product role will support the product management and marketing effort for institutional investors, mutual funds and private wealth investors. Responsible for delivering exceptional client service to clients regarding their investment goals and retirement planning needs. Partner with Trust Officers, Relationship Managers, Financial Advisors and staff to administer and manage our clients’ accounts.
