To support the planning, development and execution of the firm’s Go-2-Market strategy while ensuring a consistent client experience, both visually and operationally, to drive sales growth. Responsible for:
• Coordinating RFP, RFI, DDQ and data requests including writing or co-writing content that is clear and concise leveraging existing and new database content.
• Craft new and more complex database responses; maintain consultant databases.
• Publish data in a variety of platforms, including RFP materials, external databases, and champion our brand by ensuring brand compliance.
• Track progress and ensure completion of a wide variety of projects, including RFP and DDQ requests. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare status reports.
Focuses on the reconciliation and roll-forwards of 42 common and commingled trust funds. The roll-forwards will be performed on a quarterly basis, based on an established internal audit program that is currently in existence. At year end, these roll-forwards will then be used to establish financial statements for the 42 funds. The employee will work closely with outside auditors during this financial statement preparation process. This position will also be responsible for creating and updating the trust call reports and assisting with the Texas Department of Banking examinations, as needed.Apply
Responsible for management of files and documents that are maintained by the organization. Responsible for providing general and quality administrative support to the Trust Department. This includes daily reporting, reconciliations, user administration and records coordination.Apply
Responsible for maintaining the timely production of financial planning requests from Trust officers including preparation of plans and review of the work of other financial planners. Support trust officers in current client and prospect engagements by completing comprehensive financial plans, annual updates and client-requested financial analysis. Financial planning subject areas include financial statement preparation, risk management, employee benefits planning, investment planning, income tax planning, retirement planning, and estate planning. Works closely with VP Trust Officer to determine the strategic direction of the financial planning department and leads implementation of new financial planning strategies and process improvements.Apply
Responsible for conducting research and due diligence into issuers held in Flexible Income team portfolios utilizing the existing Westwood research team and filling coverage gaps where they exist.Apply
Support company officers with their financial planning engagements by completing comprehensive financial plans, annual updates and client-requested financial analysis. Planning areas will include but not limited to financial statements, risk management, employee benefits, investments, income tax, retirement, along with trust and estate planning.Apply
