At Westwood, we want our employees to pursue a healthy work-life balance. Our paid time off benefit provides employees with ample time. In addition, we are closed for all holidays observed by the New York Stock Exchange.

Westwood offers the opportunity for employees to work remotely from home for a limited amount of days each month.

Additional Insurance

Westwood provides life and disability insurance to all employees and the option to elect additional life insurance for themselves and their dependents.


Personal & Parental Leaves

Westwood offers both maternity and parental leave. These paid leaves allow new parents the opportunity to bond with their baby. Maternity leave is up to 12 weeks and the parental leave is up to four weeks.

Westwood offers Adoption Assistance for those looking to adopt. Additionally, Westwood offers employees and dependents assistance through a variety of programs which include: EAP (Employee Assistance Program offering confidential information and counsel), Travel Assistance Program, LifeKeys Support Service and Patient Advocacy Services.

Saving today means a secure retirement. Eligible employees may participate in the Retirement Savings Plan, a safe harbor 401(k) plan that offers three ways to save: pre-tax deferral, after-tax Roth deferral, or both. An employer matching contribution of up to 6% of the employee’s contribution is also an important component of our program. Additionally, Westwood contributes an additional 1% towards retirement if an individual is non-highly compensated per the IRS and contributes 7% towards the plan.

Westwood Cares – Charitable Events

The Westwood Cares Community Volunteer Program has been established to encourage and inspire our employees to volunteer in our communities. Through this program, Westwood provides eligible employees the opportunity for paid time off to volunteer four hours per month during working hours.

Westwood Cash Matching Gift Program:
The Westwood Cash Matching Gift Program has been established to encourage and magnify our employees’ charitable donations as well as to support the organizations that inspire our employees to contribute. Through this program, Westwood gives employees the opportunity to determine a portion of the Corporation’s gifts to charities.


Transparency in coverage

This link leads to the machine readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
