Eligible employees may participate in the Retirement Savings Plan, a safe harbor 401(k) plan that offers three ways to save: pre-tax deferral, after-tax Roth deferral, or both. An employer matching contribution of up to 6% of the employee’s contribution is also an important component of our program. Additionally, Westwood contributes an additional 1% towards retirement if an individual is non-highly compensated per the IRS and contributes 7% towards the plan.
