Westwood provides life insurance to all employees. Employees have the option to elect additional life insurance for themselves and their dependents.
Westwood offers both maternal and paternal leave. These paid leaves allow new moms and dads the opportunity to bond with their new child. New moms are eligible for up to 12 weeks maternity leave and new dads are eligible for up to 2 weeks of parental leave time.
Westwood offers employees and dependents with assistance when needed. Programs include: EAP, Travel Assistance Program, LifeKeys Support Service and Patient Advocacy Services.

Saving today means a secure retirement! Eligible employees may participate in the Retirement Savings Plan, a safe harbor 401(k) plan that offers you three ways to save: with a pre-tax deferral, with an after-tax Roth deferral, or both. Westwood helps you save for tomorrow by providing an employer matching contribution of up to 6% of the employee’s contribution. Employer matching dollars are 100% vested at the time of contribution. Full and part time employees age 18 and older are eligible to participate at date of hire. Additionally, each year Westwood may make a profit-sharing contribution to employee accounts, further assisting employees in meeting their retirement goals. An employee is eligible to receive a profit-sharing contribution regardless of whether the employee contributes to a 401(k) plan.
To meet the changing needs of our employees and clients, Westwood provides employees with various ways to grow their skills. The tuition reimbursement program assists employees seeking their degree. The certification and license reimbursement program ensures employees have specific knowledge in their area of expertise, for example CFP or CFA. Monthly talks and lunch and learns provide opportunities for employees to interact with senior leadership and learn more about relevant trends in the industry and at Westwood.
