Mr. Caras joined Westwood in 2020 as a Private Wealth Advisor. His goal is to effectively explain complex financial and estate planning concepts to his clients and help provide peace of mind regarding these matters.
Mr. Caras has served as both an estate planning attorney in private practice and as an estate and trust administrator with Bank of America, N.A. before joining Westwood. Prior to his legal career, he earned his Series 7, 55 and 63 licenses and served as a senior equity trader at Kershner Trading Group in Austin, Texas.
Mr. Caras earned his Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s School of Law in San Antonio and his BA from The University of Texas in Austin.
