Fund Overview
We invest at the intersection of quality and value which we believe can generate a return premium resulting in lower absolute downside risk and greater risk-adjusted returns.
**The advisor has contractually agreed to reduce fees and reimburse expenses until March 1, 2025. In the absence of current fee waivers, total return and yield would be reduced.

The Fund pursues a “value style” of investing. Value investing focuses on companies with stocks that appear undervalued in light of factors such as the company’s earnings, book value, revenues or cash flow. If the Adviser’s assessment of market conditions, or a company’s value or its prospects for exceeding earnings expectations is inaccurate, the Fund could suffer losses or produce poor performance relative to other funds. In addition, “value stocks” can continue to be undervalued by the market for long periods of time. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its stated objective. MidCap Risk-Investments in lesser-known, medium capitalization companies may be more vulnerable than larger, more established organizations.
